/ The practitioner

Trained in the body. Grounded in science.

Mamamía exists because maternal support has long treated women as fragile. This practice starts from the opposite assumption: your nervous system is capable — it needs practice, not rescue.

How this works

Self-regulation is a skill, not a personality trait

Hypnosis, EFT, and mindfulness are not complementary extras. They are evidence-backed tools for shifting how the nervous system responds to intensity — in labor, in the postpartum weeks, and in ordinary moments of overwhelm.

The work here is somatic and specific. It meets you where your body is — 20 weeks or 6 months postpartum — and builds the internal circuitry that holds you steady when conditions are not.

Clinical training

Specific, rigorous, and applied to this work only

Certified in clinical hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques through accredited programs — not weekend intensives. Advanced training in perinatal and postpartum nervous system regulation.

The methods are drawn from neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and somatic psychology. They are applied exclusively within the scope of maternal preparation and early parenting — because precision matters.
